We have a wonderul ginger drink in the UK
that has the bite of spirits but it is
the ginger that makes it. bite . . . (no alcohol)

Ginger and garlic are my favourite herbs.
Add some turmeric (and anything) and
you have food (curry).

Lately I have been discovering how much fun it is to 
add bannasa and currents and dates to savoury dishes . . .
This is very much a Malasian style of curry . . .

Been thinking quite seriously about developing
a programming language for tmxxine but I think 
I may have to wait for its development - two years away
tops.
