this one. And about not having the camera? Remember what i wrote
about that face-to-face encounter with the blue heron? Same thing
with mindfulness in the absence of cameras and technology.

indeed i do ...
and i thought of you even as i raced to the house to get it.
see ... i had already watched them for quite a while ...
and with those three heads jammed out ... i alread had my fix
and i knew it would be a great pic to share with you guys.
so i did it fully aware that i wasn't really going to miss
anything ... or that at least i was willing to risk it in
this case as it would be worth it to get that shot to show
you. as it was i would have had plenty of time to get back
there and take plenty of shots.
they may do a second nest ...
so i'll try next time. ;)

will try to remember to tell you all about the 5 baby raccoons
climbing in that same mulberry tree a couple years back ...
they were precious!!! enough so that i endured mobs of mosquitoes
to just watch those little guys clinging to the very ends of
the branches to reach the fruit. cracked me up.

ok ..

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
