Get a sound card

Recently someone posted on another forum that they
could not
get a # hash symbol - people helped with all kinds
of suggestions
- then the # symbol was found (where it always
was) on the keyboard.
- they were over 80 years old though . .
.
Personally I wonder if you have done all you
can?
