what mailer client are you using with AVG?
It does not have plugins (for want of a better word)
for all of the mailers.
last spring i was unable to get it to work with
Thunderbird mail, and so stuck with yahoo.
so, check and see if your mailer or browser is
compatible. i know it works nicely with Eurora and a
few others, maybe Outlook Express, but not with all of
them.
