Somehow, I'd have a CD, and out of habit more than anything else, I'd probably prefer to purchase that way. I could just as easily burn a CD, print out a label and a jewel case insert, and put it on my shelf as the backup copy that a CD really is, but I'd rather that all be done up front. For whatever reason, I like a physical presence of some things. I also don't like online billing statements, as I'm much more likely to ignore or lose track of them than I am a strategically torn-open envelope. They all invite you to print one for your records, but until they start charging extra for it, I'm going to have them send me a paper statement.
