Seems like you could get a Conn 8D or Holton 180 for just a little more  
money, so why not?
 
You get what you pay for. You can save a little money now and be stuck with 
 a horn of questionable integrity, or spend a little more and actually have 
an  investment.
 
Another thing to consider is if you ever want to sell the horn, people are  
going to be asking the same question you're asking.
 
Just my two cents.
