I know a person who plays a Finke triple and I believe she uses a Marcus Bonna MB4 or MB5 case http://www.mbcases.com.br/produto.php?cod_cat=21&cod_prod=29&lang=eng. Not sure exactly which though. MB will probably tell you if you ask him if a Finke triple will fit better in one or the other of those. I believe I have seen an Osmun case which is very similar to the MB4/MB5. Hope this helps.
