That's the one, although it's also available on the International Music Score Library I believe (which is a wonderful resource for browsing literature and looking at orchestral scores).
I don't believe in teaching beginners (or students) 'the fingerings' and expect them to learn. They should think along the harmonics of the instrument, and know them well.
