Jim Decker in his _Master Series for Horn_ has an accuracy/concentration section (#11) which is excellent for these issues. The latter exercises are especially good, as they tend toward pandiatonicism and don't fall into familiar harmonic/melodic patterns and really force one to hear the note in advance of playing the note.
