I used one for about 2 years and only stopped because it does not fit my new horn which is a Schimdt wrap, and even now for one of the older straps that does fit.
It was the only way I could play comfortably really. I'm kind of surprised more people don't use it... Chris If anyone is interested, I am selling a used Clebsch strap for $3000.
