You can't play pressureless!

No pressure = No sound. But that doesn't mean jam the mouthpiece in your
face.

Most proffesionals use a moderate to heavy amount of pressure, but there is
a difference. They have the musculature to support it! It takes years to
build this musculature.

If you need excess pressure to play A2 and above, thats just your bodies way
of saying "You are not ready to play A2 and above yet." Give it some time...
5 hours a day is not going to help and pressureless playing is not giong to
help. Only patient focused practice over a period of years would help.

Only a qualified professional teacher can show you the right way to play and
decide if you are pressing too much or too little. Don't worry about the
farkas excersize with putting the horn on a shelf. I don't know anyone who
does this.
