Hi Sven, I have never heard of the Paris French horn MPC, however, Selmer uses the Paris name for their woodwind MPCS and they may have used the Paris name at one time for French horn MPCS as well. An email to Selmer might be a good place to start.
The good news is that there are a number of excellent MPC makers who can copy your MPC and keep a record of it so you can get your copy now and a replacement later if it is damaged or lost. Once the MPC is recorded you can also order copies with alterations such as larger bore etc. If you need the web addresses of MPC makers, contact me offline.
