It was strange, When I had my bell cut on my 688V, the woodwind repairmen had donned a frock and Gary the brass guy said "With this yamaha 668V ring, I thee wed." Ever since then, he's always had that ring around his wrist and said he NEVER takes it off. Only to listen to Zamfir, as the pan flute makes his skin react with the nickel. Strange.
