Follow the advice of His Holiness the Dalai Lama: NO VIOLENCE even you have to sacrifice yourself. The truth will speak for itself, even it might take a while or longer. Do never look down upon other people. Share what you have with others who need it. Do never believe your faith be the only right one. Never even think your race being superior to any other race. We are all born naked and we all are mortal. Never condemn nobody. If you get in trouble, solve the problem (situation) with your smile.
