I would also suggest, that the other three of the section agree to talk with the orchestra´s commitee, telling them: get the nasty boy back to order or face that we go on strike, so the nasty boy has to play all & everything alone. Mara, you should see how quickly they get the nasty boy back to normal manners. Very quickly.
