Another great composer for horn is David Arnold (Independence Day, Stargate, and more recently Hot Fuzz and Casino Royale - the first 2 having the better horn parts ;-)
And of course, let us not forget Jerry Goldsmith (although someone mentioned Air Force One already), Star Trek the Motion Picture has some amazing and exposed horn stuff.
