Then again I seem to recall the soundtrack to a 1970s film "Behind the Green
Door." It was almost exclusively horn and piano.

Oh, by the way, "Behind the Green Door" was one of the X-Rated films trying
to move from porn to art. Or so they claimed.

subject: [Hornlist] Film music featuring horns

Hello --
I don't know if this has come up before, but I'd love recommendations for g=
reat film music recordings featuring horns, even if the movies weren't them=
selves great. I'll bet there are some pretty obscure ones out there I woul=
d love to know about -- and buy, if available. Thanks in advance.

One of the nicest horn parts was for a movie called "Always." I believe that

John Williams wrote it and the hornist was credited.

A couple others:
Air Force One
Silverado
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
