By the time I got my first copy, later in the 60's, it was already hard to find the music. I don't think that it ever had wide distribution, though I saw some copies once or twice over the years. Unfortunately, I didn't snatch them up at the time. And, yes, Wilbert, it does end with a Technicolor bang (though I recall that there were simpler alternate options written in the part).
