Please note that this is Lancashire, not Yorkshire.  (In Yorkshire  they 
can't tell the difference between words which start with a consonant and
those 
which start with a vowel).  They also, in this sentence, would have  said 
"thissen" instead of "thissel".  They also eat children and are  unnaturally

friendly with the beasts of the field. .
