HI all, this is "sort of" on topic.

One major item in the HOT Strategy is to encourage more research about HOT.
So, in keeping with the education theme:

   - What types of research should HOT encourage?
   - If you are a researcher, how can we help you attain your goals?
   - What would a HOT research ecosystem need?

Thanks so much in advance

Heather
