Hi, Admin level 1 are present in OSM for CAR (=prefectures) and Malawi (=regions) but not the admin levels 2 (sous-prefectures and districts). The NaturalEarth site changed and I am not sure where to look for now. Is this here: http://www.naturalearthdata.com/downloads/10m-cultural-vectors/ ?
Another question: is GAUL <http://www.fao.org/geonetwork/srv/en/metadata.show?id=12691> OSM compatible? Sincerely, Severin
