Oh yes, mucho kudos to Severin for setting up the kits. Every spare minute during the HOT Board meeting, Sev was installing Ubuntu, unpacking a box, etc.
I'm going to head over to the Hub sometime this week to recycle all the GPS, latpop, etc boxes! Here's a pic of the first (?) HOT kits http://hot.openstreetmap.org/about/hot-kits. Was amazing the first time to see a case stamped "OSM" ... very direct physical presence of our work! -Mikel
