I wonder if #777 is a little too ambitious? To view buildings you need to zoom in fairly closely, each tile covers an enormous area, 101 has already been mapped in detail so its not possible to download the tile from OSM. Many of the high resolution images have cloud cover.
I accept the need but wonder about what is possible with the existing images and huge tile sizes, what quality of service can we hope to provide. It's certainly not possible to go over a single tile in detail within a single session and with multiple people working on the tiles its difficult to know if someone has already done the corner you're looking at or not.
