I couldn't find a thing on the IRC, I thought it was something to do with the Intl Red Cross, silly me.
Information sources are hugely fragmented. I don't get a sense of leadership, just random action. I'm not sure if succesful GIS is a crowd activity. I've asked but heard nothing about the end use of all this activity. Is it serving the folks on the ground? Cheers . . . . .
