Thanks again for your engagement. This explains why even HOT Preset
[1] seemed to me outdated.

Even that I'm an experienced OSM member I can't give you this list
since I only looked at Nepal taginfo instance (see my other thread).
But what I can do is to compile a list from looking at pages like [3] [4].
And I can just observe that [3] contains an abundance of tags not used
in Nepal and other activations;
and that [4] is very informative - but no single tag is specified or
documented in the wiki.

What I would propose is
1. to declare this wiki page [2] the main HOT tags page;
2. to discuss within HOT team members the list I compiled below (which
is mainly based on [4])
3. and to update and merge sources [3] [4] in to main HOT tags page
[2] (which should then marked as outdated or be deleted).
