Eddie:

I have used Webalizer for really simple web stats.  I also use Google
analytics and like the reports.  Like Aaron said, the key is to determine
for what are looking.  Most people have little idea of the deeper meaning of
the stats and focus mainly on where they show up in Google searchs.
