Provide technical feedback and evaluation of proposals from systems support analysts . Provide Tier I 24/7 support for all internally developed applications. . Support and enhance existing systems web applications, web services, visual studio for office applications, and various point-to-point integrations between 100+ internal and external systems. . Work closely with systems support analysts and end user community on discovering/developing detailed Business Requirements, Design, and Test Plans . Develop application code for settlements, real time, and day ahead ERCOT markets . Follow QA testing procedures throughout the life-cycle of the application . Assist with portal issues at the asset desk level . Create/run reports for the ComOps business unit . Handle trouble tickets for scheduling/settlements with ERCOT reps .
