This is obviously no problem inside the HPLIP software so that
this mailing list is the wrong place to ask.

It is a problem regarding installing the HPLIP software so that
in this case asking via a openSUSE communication channel might help:
http://en.opensuse.org/Communicate

As you didn't wrote how exactly you tried to install HPLIP
I have no idea what you did and what is going on in your case.
