Hello all,
when trying to scan with a PSC 1210 over network (two boxes
connected to a router) nothing happens. There is no problem
with printing over the network, and no problem with scanning
on the box where the PSC is connected directly.
I have already tried to scan directly with xsane and providing
the device URI like suggested in the troubleshooting section
on hplip.sf.net, but that doesn't work also.
Both boxes are running mandriva 2007.1 with hplip-1.6.12.
tail -f /var/log/messages shows the following on the client side:
