Hi,

I have a Laserjet 1320 being served from Ubuntu Feisty to several Windows XP
Clients.

The Laserjet is installed via USB on Ubuntu using HPLIP.

Local printing from Ubuntu works fine. However, while the XP clients can
print none of them are able to change any print preference settings (e.g.
duplex, paper size, number of copies, print quality etc.). Any changes made
are lost as soon as you click "OK".

XP machines are using the HP PCL driver.

This worked fine on Ubuntu Edgy, but since I upgraded printing has been a
problem.

Can anyone suggest anything to get client-side preferences working?

Cheers

D.
