$hp-toolbox that should bring up the graphical interface. You can then go to the print settings tab. The settings here allow you to change local settings for each printer. If you want to change settings globally you'll want to change those features through CUPS. For borderless/fullbleed printing you can control those settings through the toolbox/printer settings tab also. You may need to adjust scaling as well as 'turn off' white borders.
