Scott-
Unfortunately I don't know how this UI works... this UI is generated
dynamically at runtime based on the contents of the PPD file (a file that
describes the printers modes, capabilities, options, etc). Since we support
so many printers, there are numerous ones that have PPD options that I have
never seen(!). Its possible that I have a bug that is not showing all the
information for these options, or that the PPD file has a bug (less likely).
A couple of things to try:
1. See if these settings can be set using the http://localhost:631 interface
2. Use XPP or GtkLP and see if they are settable
Beyond that, I will put it on my TODO list to take a look at this PPD file
and see if I can determine what it going on.
Thanks,
Don
