Whenever I print to my HP Deskjet 6988, my user log shows the following errors:
Oct 12 09:06:07 dell python: hp-info[5790]: error: Channel write error Oct 12 09:06:07 dell python: hp-info[5790]: error: Error attempting to read r-value (1). Oct 12 09:06:07 dell python: io/hpmud/hpmud.c 581: invalid channel_close state The print job completes successfully, and these errors are not repeated if I do another print job immediately after the first. Does anyone know what might cause these errors? My OS is Ubuntu 7.10(RC1), and my computer is a Dell Dimension 4600. I've installed HPLIP 2.7.9 and am using the latest hpijs.
