Ah yes, I forgot that you had already implemented so much. At this 
point the priority is to replace htsearch.cc with qtest.cc and make 
sure that the various housekeeping of htsearch.cc (like dealing with 
all the CGI parameters, passing off to Display.cc, etc.) are handled.

In short, there's not much that needs to be done since Quim has 
already done a lot of it. Perhaps he'd be willing to take you 
contract to finish the rest? :-)

Alas, I cannot since I'm swamped. (And I'd feel bad for doing so 
little of the work you request.) If anyone else wants to take up the 
task, it's basically what I outlined--take a look at 
htsearch/qtest.cc and htsearch/htsearch.cc. Make sure that qtest.cc 
operates as htsearch.cc does as far as handling input, command-line 
flags, and handing off results and errors to be displayed.
