I seem to remember that you were planning on putting in your mktime() fix for the 3.1.6 release--this was the message you sent on Nov. 23. I don't see it in the current CVS version, but perhaps I somehow missed a revision? I'd like to clean up any remaining issues over the next few weeks so we can release 3.1.6 ASAP.
