Greetings all,

I've just applied the below patches except for  config_parser.1  and  
DESTDIR.0 -- config_parser because it is new and I haven't heard any 
test results, and  DESTDIR  because I think that some other changes 
need to be made there too, but don't know for sure.

If anyone thinks any of the patches were not ready to be applied, 
please let me know and I'll back them out.
