As you can infer from Geoff's answer, actually there's no application of
what mathematicians call fuzzy logic in htsearch. The searcher mechanisms
deal rather with direct query expansion by using wildcarding, regular
expressions, synonym tables &so on. Query logic is strictly boolean after
these expansions are applied to the original query.
