Hi,
I am new to htDig. I spent a couple of hours with it yesterday, and got it
up and running.
I would like to use htsearch in conjunction with AOLserver, but preferably
as a plug-in module, not as a CGI program.
Within tcl within AOLserver, I should easily be able to exec htsearch and
capture and parse the results, but I was wondering if there was either an
API layer to htsearch, or perhaps an XML version.
I would like to find/build an interface that either returned the results,
one result at a time and let me build up the page, or find/build an XML
interface to the results.
Has there been any work done on creating plug-in interfaces to htsearch, or
in developing lower level embeddable layers?
