All configuration attributes are documented in attrs.html. Also have
a good look at the htdig.org web site. All the documentation is right
there, as well as in the "htdoc/" subdirectory of the source distribution.
Also note the FAQ on the web site, which contains a lot of help in
configuring and troubleshooting htdig. Note question 4.18 in particular.
