Hello,

thank you very much for your hint, which is very helpful for me. I did not
know about the -m option of htmerge and that it could be used for things
like that.

It would be much better to have configuration directives
'case_sensitive_urls' and 'case_insensitive_urls' in addition to the
general boolean 'case_sensitive' to dig several servers in one run.
