That depends on how you configured the package.  If your database_dir
setting (or DATABASE_DIR in the CONFIG file at compile-time) is unique,
and does not shared the same directory as CONFIG_DIR, COMMON_DIR or
others, then yes, you should be able to remove all the files in that
directory, leaving an empty directory behind.  Normally in 3.1.x, the
files are called:

   db.docdb
   db.docs.index
   db.wordlist
   db.words.db
