The only thing I could find was this:
http://www.opdenbrouw.nl/htdig/maindocs/patches/3.2.0b2/htmerge.0
It's for a much older beta releasse, and it's made to apply against
htmerge/db.cc, rather than the current httools/htmerge.cc source in
3.2.0b4, but it should be easy enough to adapt it to the current code,
even if you have to apply it manually. It will likely be made obsolete
(and unworkable) by the upcoming mifluz code merge, but until that happens
this may help. If you do try it, please let us know if it works. (If it
does, a current patch against a recent snapshot would be appreciated.)
If you want to try it, but can't figure out how to fit it into the
current code, let me know and I'll see if I can so something with it.
