Hi, We are using ht://dig on an NT based machine running Apache. We were able to successfully compile htdig version 3.1.6, but htsearch failed immediatly when we tried to run it. As an interim measure we tried running the old version of htsearch (3.1.4) with the new (3.1.6) databases. This worked okay for simple searches, but failed to bring back any results for searches that were 'restricted' to particular areas of our site. (www.Edinburgh.Gov.uk) Can anyone tell me: a) Is it supposed to be possible to run the latest databases with an older search like this? b) Has there been a change to the way that 'Restrict' works that would make it return no results? c) Has anyone had problems compiling htsearch on NT?
