The debugging output from htdig will give HTTP headers, among other
things, so you could use this and parse the results, e.g.

htdig -vvv [other options] >dig.log

Then sift through dig.log for what you want.

It may also be easier to use an HTTP proxy like Squid to record the
traffic from htdig.
