I use the log produced from htdig to create a dead link report that is
presented in HTML format. It seems that we have some bad URL's on our
site with spaces. As htdig fails in attempting to resolve them it
writes a record into the log file. The problem is that the URL entry in
the log file is written without spaces. Apparently we have a lot of
these pages, so much so that it obscures the deadlink report with
invalid URL references.

Is there a way to prevent this? I'm using htdig v3.1.5.

Thanks - Tod
