I have been wondering about this recently, with the idea of using something like this to create a 'related articles' display within each article.
ecommercetimes.com has a good example of a great related articles section. I guess that I could use the article title for the search terms, but wondered if there is an efficient way to make use of the htdig database to get 'high frequency' words from a document. i.e. maybe I have an article about MS windows, but the title does not actually have the word 'windows' in it.
