I am looking for a PHP wrapper to use for htdig searches. I have found a
number of alternatives:

Htdiginterface from Manuel Lemos
Php-wrapper from Dan Langille
Htsearch-php3 from Torsten Neuer
Htdig-object.php from Ted Stresen-Reuter, who also has an excellent
description of his setup on the web

My php skills are very limited, I am only interested in adding some simple
authentication within PHP to one of these.

I am hoping to find if anyone with similarly limited PHP skills could
recommend one of these to use. I guess another way to ask the question is
which of these is easiest to configure / implement - I was hoping that one
of them (or another one that you would recommend) was simply a matter of
changing out the path for different files and then would work "out of the
box", so to speak. I thought that php-wrapper met the bill here but I
couldn't get it to work at least on the 1st pass.

As always, thanks for any suggestions.
