I spoke too soon, I copied the htdig.conf file to the root of htdig
directory, i.e. '/inetpub/wwwroot/htdig' it works like a bought one ;-) I
guess that's where this release was configured to use when the build was
generated, anyway, thanks for all your help.

by default the config. file is found in /htdig/conf/
