If you can't get to the command line, tracking down the problem might be
tricky. I would start by verifying that there is sufficient disk space
available. If the interface you are using provides the option to entirely
remove any existing databases before reindexing, I would give that a try.
You should also double check your start_url and verify that it remains
valid. You might also check to see whether Verio provides access to any
relevant log files.
