I am afraid I can't address this issue directly since it appears to be
specific to a particular platform and combination of packages. However
depending on your needs you might consider giving ht://Dig 3.2.0b6 a spin.
It might also be worth scrutinizing the compiler setup for the server you
are working with if you have not already done so; it is not too uncommon
to find systems where there is still a 2.95 compiler floating around in
addition to a 3.x version.
